WorldLink company organizes an event to share experience in studying in the US and offers scholarships directly from Suffolk University, worth up to 88,000 USD (about two billion VND).
The event "Success Story: Conquering Harvard and H-1B from Suffolk University" will take place at 9am on March 26 at Sofitel Hotel (17 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City).
According to a representative of WorldLink, Suffolk University provides many policies to support employment in the US, cooperate in human resource development with businesses in the Massachusetts region. As a result, Vietnamese students can participate in many flexible study programs, seize high job opportunities and enjoy many scholarship policies.
In particular, the school has a career development program worth $ 3,500 in the summer of 2024, for all new students entering in September 2023. Through the event, Vietnamese students also have the opportunity to apply for many high-value scholarships, including: support policy of USD 88,000 for four years of bachelor's and USD 23,000 for master's program.
In addition, Suffolk University also has training routes specifically for international first-year undergraduate students with scholarships worth 10,000 USD and renewals of 30,000 USD for the next three years; or up to $12,000 for the Pre-Master's program, with an extension of $5,000 for the following year.
Currently, Suffolk University offers a variety of study programs, from bachelor's, transfer to third year and master's. In addition to the main STEM major, the school also offers programs in Business and Economics such as Business Analytics (Data Analysis), Market Research and Customer Taste, Product Management, Marketing, Actuarial Science (Insurance Fixed Risk Management)... When studying these disciplines, students have the opportunity to work in the US for up to 36 months after graduation.
In addition, Law is also one of the strengths of Suffolk University. The school accepts a Vietnamese-trained Bachelor of Laws degree. Therefore, students who have graduated from this program only need to study an additional year of a Master's degree (LLM Degree) at Suffolk University and pass the exam for a Vocational Certificate to be able to practice in the US.
Suffolk University is located in downtown Boston. The school has links with large corporations such as Ernst and Young, PwC, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Massachusetts General Hospital... to provide many internship opportunities for students.

At the beginning of her bachelor's program, Tien Duyen clearly identified the importance of gaining work experience through internships at the school. Therefore, she seized the opportunity to work legally from the second year until graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Big Data.
According to the regulations of the US Government , all international students studying abroad are eligible to participate in two programs of optional internship (OPT) and paid internship (CPT). In addition, this country also creates conditions for businesses to sponsor foreign workers to apply for work permits in the US through H-1B to work and live permanently here.
Duyen recounted, during the time CPT was in the receptionist position at Nauset Beach Inn (under the management of the Government), she had accumulated enough experience and proved her capacity for the position of CEO. Thanks to that, after graduating, Duyen was trusted to be officially invited to work with an H-1B visa. This enterprise also sponsored 100% of the tuition fees for Duyen's master's program at Harvard Extension School, Harvard University.
